The
CHERISH Project: Climate Change and Coastal Heritage
Exhibition was launched on Wednesday 18 August 2021 at 6.30pm at the dlr LexIcon Library, Dún Laoghaire. It was opened by the Cathaoirleach of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Lettie McCarthy with additional talks from Sean Cullen, Head of the Marine and Coastal Unit, Geological Survey Ireland and Tom Dowling, Chairperson of The Discovery Programme’s Board of Directors highlighting the importance of measuring the coastal impacts of climate change in today’s world. The exhibition will remain at the DLR LexIcon until 26
September 2021.
