​The EPA, in association with the National Dialogue on Climate Action, will host a public lecture addressing the new EU Commission's main objective of the European Green Deal, that the continent will be carbon neutral by 2050.  This lecture will be presented by Dr Artur Runge-Metzger, Director within DG Climate Action of the European Commission, a position he has held since January 2016.
