Tellus Border Introduction

Welcome to the Tellus Border Project Web Pages

Tellus Border Logo Tellus Border is a €5 million mapping project that will collect scientific data on soils, water and rocks across the six border counties - Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Cavan, Monaghan and Louth.

Information from the project will help manage the environment and support sustainable development of our natural resources. The project is a follow-on from the Tellus project successfully completed in Northern Ireland recently.
