2017 Short Calls
As you may be aware, in 2015 we launched the GSI Short Call, the first call of the new Geoscience Research Programme. Following the success of the projects funded, we are pleased to now announce the 2017 Short Call open.
Key dates
Deadline for submission: August 4th, 5pm (this is a strict deadline, applications or amendments will not be accepted after this time)
Expected results: early-Mid October (will do our best to complete reviews as early as possible to cater for potential MSc start dates)
Expected start date for the project: All projects must start by early November
Maximum funding
€25,000 including indirect costs
Duration
Maximum 12 months

Eligibility
The call is open to researchers in any company, advisory group, charity or Higher Education Institute based in the Republic of Ireland
Some rules have changed since the 2015 call, please read the call documents carefully.
