Irish Geological Heritage Programme Events
Cuilcagh Mountain topThe Irish Geological Heritage Programme leads GSI's involvement in many different events and activities.  A particular area of interest is the National Heritage Week programme organised annually by the Heritage Council and other partners.  GSI staff lead geological walks, give presentations and talks and generally become active in heritage events at this time.

Natural and Cultural Landscapes, The Geological Foundation

Du Noyer Photographic Competition
This competition seeks interesting landscape photographs with a cash prize fund of €800.  All entrants, particularly amateur photographers, are welcome.
